Red Dress

This was suppose to be Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy 8 in her dress that she wore during the dancing scene.. but when I colored her, I made her hair brown cuz I wanted the lineart to show.. and I made her dress red instead of that cream color cuz cream is boring! So yes.. I have no clue who this is. It was originally Rinoa though!! lol so let's just say she dyed her hair brown and slapped on a red dress.
